Hello FB community! I’m not new in FB. I started my journey last year and I love everything about FB.
I had to give a long break to exercises with some reasons and I was away from exercising for 5 months. After rescheduling my week, I started exercises again (yeeey!) with FB Burn 1. First day my muscles felt sore and I almost couldn’t walk. I know that it is normal to feel like this after a long break but I feel like this still and Im scared. I made small search on the internet but I couldn’t decide. Should I give a break couple of days?
My exercise program is 6 days weekly with one day of rest and there is no rest between this 6 days.
