The Christmas is closer and closer, so I have decided to try eat more healthy and reduce sugar intake. This reducing is very softly-softly spoken (I was never able to avoid rafined sugar), but I know that there will be a lot of tasty homemade cakes from my grandma (which I cannot buy in any shop), and I do not want any remorse during Christmas.
Plus, I start FB Abs 2 today.
I do not mean this like an abolutely ban of sugar and everything sweet.No! It just a preparation for something soooo delicious and I want to really looking forward to it. (I do not want to be full af ordinary sweets)
