White rice is a staple in our culture. But nutrition sites advise to eat other variants of rice that aren't processed as much as white rice.
So...the question is...do you still eat it? Or do you lessen your intake or do you replace it with something else to achieve your fitness goals?
PS those who aren't Asian can still answer of course. That was just a generalisation and a fact that most Asians eat white rice.
