I made this healthy moist banana bread!


Servings: 3


• 2 super ripe bananas

• 1/2 cup of steel cut oats soaked in water overnight

•4-6 egg yolks (they firm up the bread and give it more flavor. I eat the egg whites too, but putting them in the recipe makes it taste less sweet.)

• 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Then just mix it all together and bake until it's completely cooked.(I have no idea how long it needs sry.) You can add other things to the recipe, I just added basic things.

Each serving has almost 6 grams of fiber, 14% RDI of iron, 12% of calcium, 10% vitamin A 12% vitamin C.
