Do you continue or start over?

Hi friends. I've been trying to finish a programme (already on my 2nd week) and so far it's 3-4 workouts a week. Also, my diet is not yet close to where I want it to be. Basically, I feel as though I am slacking or doing the programme, sorry for the vulgar term, half-🍑.

My question is: do I continue or start over? Or what do YOU usually do in this kind of situation? Thank you in advance.
