I've done fitness blender videos for years and loooove them. I used to always use alot of weight too. Then I had an unrelated injury and can no longer use ANY weight. (I can't even hold 1lb dumbbells!) I *sadly* adjusting my workouts accordingly and lost the 25lbs I had gained as a result of the injury ending my regular exercise routine. Now that Ive lost weight my legs are exactly where I want them but my butt isn't looking so great. I need videos to help build my butt and preferably not the rest of my legs, with noooo weights at all. Does anybody know which fitness blender vids would fit this description? I'm having a tough time searching for one.
