Anyone else go through stages where they favour one type of workout?

I do 4 FB workouts a week (the 5th day I run), and I always try and mix it up with the styles of exercise I do, but I find I tend to go through phases where I favour one type over another. For example, a few weeks back I was really getting into strength training videos and doing a lot of lifting, but lately I have been favouring HIIT, core and bodyweight exercises. I noticed today when I did my final workout and realised I hadn't touched my dumbells all week :) I remember one stage earlier in the year when I was doing quite a few of the kickboxing vids too. Anyone else do this?
