Hello FB Community.
I'm enjoying working out with FB programs for 2 years so far but I have a little problem that I can't determine it causes.
For 2 weeks, I'm suffering from a pain of in my... Well, a-s-s. I don't know how to put into words other than that.
I never suffered from hemorrhoids before in my life but for the last 2 weeks, I have pain and inflammation over the area.
I made a research on the internet can overtraining cause such a thing and I found that lifting and squatting might cause it.
I never over train, I workout an hour maximum of 5 days a week with FB programs and videos. Most of them requires dumbells but I never lifted above 5 kg total.
So I really need your opinion about this. Thanks in advance.
