Intermittent fasting, HIIT, resistance training

This is a week’s progress. I don’t take a lot of photos — I took the ‘before’ one week ago. Yesterday, I thought I noticed a slight change in my face but I doubted it. Later on, I ended up taking a photo bc I recently cut my hair; I took it to send to a friend who is thinking of cutting her hair, too. I was scrolling my camera roll this morning and again I thought I noticed a change in my face. I did a comparison and was pleasantly surprised!

KEEP GOING AND DON’T GIVE UP. Consistency pays off. I’ve fallen off many a time but I see change so quickly when I’m consistent. I have a long way to go with my fitness goals, but I’m encouraged by my progress to keep going!
