I just completed my first program - low impact round 2 and combined it with the omnivore diet plan (which I mostly followed)! Yay! I did these programs on top of my typical daily excersize of hiking or cycling for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Here is how I progressed:
- I feel great
- my resting heart rate dropped from 69 to 60 bpm
- I can lift heavier weights
- I can actually do pushups now!
- my back ache has reduced
- I lost 7lb
I'm heading onto abs R2 next!
