So, here's the thing: at the start of me losing weight, the numbers on the scale had increased whilst my body was slimming down, Now the numbers on the scale have decreased (ever so slightly) but my body seems to be getting bigger, especially around the waist. I'm still doing strength training and Cardio as normal. I have no idea what is going on, and I would really appreciate if anyone could give me any advice on this.
