Hello FB Community!
I'm writing here just after finishing my last exercise in April! Last month was so hard and discouraging for me. I had hard times with my period and when I decided to hold on once more, in the middle of the program I had unfortunate shoulder injury which kept me away from exercising for a long time. But life has ups and downs. I couldn't exercise but it made me gain control more on my eating habits. After March was finished I was completely ready, mentally and psychically. Ignore my 3 days please, I had reason ^^ Overall this month finished beautifully for me and in Poland, summer is almost here! I'm so excited to show you the charming nature of this country. Soon!
