Since I decided to step into a healthy life, I was wondering when is the best time to eat my last meal in a day.
When I eat dinners like 8 p.m I feel heavy that's why I was thinking to eat at 5 pm or 5.30 pm.
And is it okay to eat a snack like chocolate or popcorn after dinner? Or I shouldn't eat anything at all?
I'm wondering your opinions about this :)
