Hello FB Community!
I just finished my bodyweight round 2 but after finishing it I felt that I didn't accomplish what I wanted. It made me realize that you need to work smart and determined for your goals because nothing comes in a golden plate.
I never had a healthy sleep routine since my childhood. For me, a good sleep was about not feeling tired when you wake up but it can be in the day time too. But this time to start over, also I changed my sleep cycle and slept at the recommended period of the day. And I woke up like 5 a.m today and caught the beautiful sunrise I wanted to share with you.
If you are starting to make good changes in your life, it is never late. Don't say tomorrow! I wish you a happy and healthy day! :)
