Hello FB Community!
I'm on my last two days to finish bodyweight round 2 and I was thinking to jump right after FB ABS round 1.
Is it a good decision?
If you are asking how was my results. I feel that my arms and legs are toned. Also, my husband says that I have less fat on the sides of my back.
But I didn't get the result I wanted for my belly even though program includes core days.
That's why instead of starting over the same program, I wanted to be focused on my core this time. But I need your advice :)
