My name is Gaëtan, I'm 18 and completely new to Fitness Blender. I want to do some more exercise and I think that Fitness Blender could really help me with that. But, I don't know where to start, there is so much workouts/programs. Also, I don't want to try something that could be damaging my body.
Do you have any tips on where to start with Fitness Blender ?
