I just wanted to thank you both for providing an amazing resource for exercising. I wanted to get in shape before my 40th birthday and you have been a major contributor to my success. I started watching my calories about 5 years ago, but didn't get serious about it until last January. I tried out one of the beginner HIIT routines a year ago and now I'm able to keep up with many of the level 5 routines. I was 195 pounds (5 foot 3) five years ago. I turned 40 a few weeks ago and I'm currently at 137 lbs and have packed on a substantial amount of muscle thanks to you!
I was never able to stick to any exercise regime before, but I have managed to stick with your workouts for over a year. I love the variety and the homey feel of your partnership. I feel like I'm working out with a friend.
