Overview

Hello,
My name is Amber. Six months ago I was suffering from high blood pressure, pain in my knees from my weight, and at night I would have to sleep upright because the weight of my body made me feel like I was being smothered. Walking to different parts of my house left me gasping for breath! I was so heavy that when I would sit in a chair circulation to my legs and feet were being cut off.

I was hitting the 300 pounds mark on the scale and this broke me down because I probably wasn't going to be alive in the next 20 years if I kept going this way. I started doing other workouts before I found the fitness blender workout. I was doing workouts on youtube but I got frustrated because they were either too easy or too hard.

I stumbled across one of the fitness blenders videos and it linked me to their site and I was finding workouts that fit what I was needing and for the first time in my life, I LIKED WORKING OUT! Now I LOVE it! I have dropped a lot of weight since I started six months ago, the last two and a half months I have been working out 5 times a week and eating right and the weight is just coming off..I even have cheat meals here and there and I still lose weight! I haven't had any blood pressure problems and everything else has changed for the better too. I feel like I was blind but now I can see. I still have a long way to go.

About the pictures

The middle picture I was still binge eating on an every other day basis. I sat around and did NOTHING, I went nowhere except to the store or the doctor I was very sedentary. I was still drinking pops and eating sugars just not as much as the first picture. The last picture I had stopped all of that I don't even drink diet pop. I drink ONLY water, I try not to eat too much meat unless its fish, chicken or turkey here and there. I eat fruits, veggies, and whole grain pastas (moderately), and my calories went from probably 2200 to 1600 calories. I eat only when I feel really hungry and I stop as soon as I feel full so I make sure not to eat out often or eat things poor in nutrition. I eat several times a day but they are very small in portion because I end up feeling full faster here lately. I probably drink a gallon of water a day at least. I work out almost every day and I take two rest days a week unless my muscles are sore than I take more. I think my eating habits plus exercising and being persistent (maybe one cheat meal or snack every two weeks) is what has made it come off. I am not doing anything unhealthy and I am not starving myself (I am against that) I listen to my body and give it what it wants and if there's any sign that I am doing something wrong I stop or change it. It is almost like I woke up from something...I feel like Im doing things right and not extreme and its just melting off it is to the point right now where I can't believe that it has taken me this long to, get it. I don't feel deprived from food (because i'm not) and I don't think I'm overdoing the (fitnessblender) workouts. I think I can say I honestly feel healthier than I did when I was a teenager right now. The last picture you see believe it or not I am 259 pounds still (which is why you probably noticed I didn't put my after weight down in the story). I started out as almost 300 so I really haven't lost much as far as the scale goes. I am getting very toned from working out and eating right.
