Jumping Oblique Twist
Stand with your feet together.
Bring your arms up to shoulder height with your hands in front of your chest.
Hop and twist at torso to land with both feet pointed to the left, keeping your chest facing forward.
Hop again and twist at the torso to land with both feet pointed to the right.
This is a unique cardio move that tones the obliques as well as the rest of the core. Done in conjunction with other core and cardio training, this move is an effective way to slim and define the midsection. It also tones the deltoids, calves, glutes, quads, and lower back. It's easy to do, you don't need any equipment at all to complete it, and it burns a great deal of calories.
