Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Quickly drop into a squat and jump as far forward as you can.
As soon as you land, repeat the leap forward; if you don’t have enough space you can turn around and go back the other direction.
Repeat this motion for a set number of repetitions or a set time period. One jumping motion is one repetition.
