Fitness Blender,
In August 2013 my husband and I decided to take before pictures to hopefully kick our butts into gear. It is/was a shock to see the images since we definitely looked a little less *soft* in our heads. We have used several of your 8-week and 4-week programs but most importantly --- the meal plan. Our journey is far from over but I am proud to share our progress so far. Now if only we could be as excited about star jumps as our 2 and 4 year old kids...
